Surgery is the technical term used here for the process used for the removal of boils. Surgeon drains the pus from boils to give relief from the pain and it remove boil from your body part. Doctors use a needle or syringe and cut the affected skin to let pus out. After that bandage applied over there and doctor prescribed antibiotics to prevent the infection surrounding the skin or to the inner part. Otherwise infection may cause damage to the tissue. If you have small boils then you need not to go fro surgery but if it is larger and carbuncles (a group of boils) then you can go for surgery.
